Cider Days (Day 2)

The Mount Holly Community Association is excited to extend a warm invitation to you for the upcoming Cider Days celebration, scheduled for October 9th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and October 10th from 12 to 4 p.m.

Observe the enchanting process of crafting fresh cider using a well-aged apple press that’s over a century old. Savor a cup of this delightful beverage, whether hot or cold, accompanied by a cider donut, a slice of homemade apple pie, or a crisp crowned with ice cream. Alternatively, you can acquire a gallon of freshly pressed cider to enjoy at home. Cider Days promises an array of attractions, including live musical performances, an array of delectable food options, craft vendors, opportunities to explore a library book sale, and much more. As you revel in the autumnal hues of our historic village, immerse yourself in the ambiance. For those curious about the town’s history, the Mount Holly Museum, conveniently located near the green, offers a chance to learn more.

Notable highlights for this year encompass the introduction of the inaugural Cider Days petting zoo, as well as the ever-popular cow plop contest starring Miss Liberty from Dairy Aire Farm. Visitors are also encouraged to participate in our local photo contest by casting their votes. The winning submissions will be proudly featured in the Mount Holly 2023 calendar.
